SHIPPING

At Hyperzone Technologies L.L.C, we strive to process and ship your orders by the same or next working day of receiving them. For orders within the UAE, delivery typically takes 1-2 working days from the date of shipment.

We offer free shipping within the UAE for orders over AED 1500. For orders below AED 1500, a minimal shipping charge of AED 25 per order will be applied. Deliveries to Out of Service Areas will incur additional charges. For international shipments, the recipient may be subject to customs duties or fees imposed by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to calculate them in advance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Hyperzone Technologies L.L.C, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. Our hassle-free return and exchange policy is designed to ensure you get the right product for your needs. The following policy applies to all Hyperzone Technologies online purchases unless stated otherwise on a product page.

Exchange or Return Policy:

  • Exchanges or returns are possible within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms herein.
  • No exchange or return will be processed without the original invoice and warranty card. The product, including the unit carton, must be returned unused, unopened (original seal not broken), and with all accessories and FOC (Free of Cost) items, if applicable.
  • No exchange or return is allowed for the following product categories: software, cartridges, and toners.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange. It is the customer’s responsibility to deliver the item back to Hyperzone Technologies office.

For your convenience, we may be able to provide an option for collection via courier at a nominal rate.

Return Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or bank account within a certain number of days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Selected products marked as “On request” items cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products. Shipping costs charged upon your purchase are non-refundable.
  • If Hyperzone Technologies is required to pay shipping charges on any returned product, these charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

These terms & conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE as applied in the respective emirate.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or bank account within a certain number of days.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
